    Clay Roach
    President and CEO

    Clay is the founder and CEO of StreamWeaver. Clay founded J9 Technologies in 2005, following 10 successful years of solving some of the toughest challenges facing IT Operations. He had the foresight to invest a portion of J9’s profits in the development of a unique streaming platform that became the basis of StreamWeaver. StreamWeaver, a spin out from J9, has worked with hundreds of clients since 2013 to perfect the current data streaming platform.

    Prior to StreamWeaver and J9, Clay worked for Mercury Interactive (later acquired by HP). His background as an architect and developer, combined with his extensive experience in performance management has given him the reputation as one of the most trusted leaders in the industry. Clay graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Computer Science. He lives in Manhattan and, when he’s not developing software, he’s planning his next outdoor or kiteboarding adventure.

    Al Wasserberger
    Executive Chairman

    Al, executive chairman of StreamWeaver, is an industry veteran executive and advisor with more than 25 years of experience building, funding, buying, and selling companies. A serial entrepreneur, he founded PDM Engineering (acquired by IBM) and Spirian Technologies, an early IT operations software company in 1996, which he scaled to the INC 500 level before selling the company in 2003. Prior to Spirian, Al founded Premonition Software which developed revolutionary neural-network based software and related products for the auto racing industry. As COO and later CEO, he led J9 Technologies through multiple transactions including the sale to and buyback from Axxiome, as well as the final sale to Foulk and the related spin out of StreamWeaver.

    As StreamWeaver's executive chairman, Al focuses on strategic marketing activities as well as building go-to-market relationships with software industry leaders. He lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with his wife Nichole and daughter Leah. Al fancies himself a decent poker player and is a huge Chicago sports fan.

    David Pennell
    VP of Software Engineering

    David is responsible for developing and supporting the StreamWeaver data streaming platform. Prior to StreamWeaver, Dave was Principal Architect & Development Manager for Network Performance Management solutions at Persistent System. He was also Senior Technical Staff Member in IBM’s Tivoli CTO office. Earlier in his career, Dave was a Principal architect at Micromuse (acquired by IBM) as well as CTO & Chief Architect at Quallaby (acquired by Micromuse).

    David graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He lives near Concord, NH with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys outdoor activities, boat building, landscaping and entertaining his grandchildren.

    Carly Campbell
    Director of Finance & Administration

    Carly is the Director of Finance and Administration at StreamWeaver. She manages the company’s finance and accounting functions from start to finish as well as serving as StreamWeaver’s operations and human resources leader. Carly has spent 20 years in a variety of service and software companies working directly with senior leadership and owners. She takes pride in efficient systems and effective policies and approaches every new challenge with the optimism that no job is too big be to tackled with the appropriate education, planning, and effort.

    Carly is an animal lover hailing from the Steel City of Pittsburgh. If the Pittsburgh Penguins are not playing, Carly spends time with her young family enjoying the outdoor activities that Pennsylvania offers in abundance.
